Amir Arazi

CEO & Co-Founder 

Amir Arazi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Pinetree Advisors Corp., an independent registered investment advisory firm founded in 2011. With more than 20 years of experience in international banking and wealth management, he advises high-net-worth individuals and families throughout the United States and Latin America, providing personalized wealth management and investment advisory solutions.

Before founding Pinetree Advisors, Amir held senior positions in international banking, including Deputy Manager and Head of the Brazilian Desk at Bank Hapoalim’s Miami Branch. His expertise in cross-border financial services enables him to address the complex investment, financial planning, and wealth preservation needs of internationally connected clients and their families.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Amir spent his formative years in Brazil, Venezuela, Bolivia, Argentina, and Israel before moving to Miami in 1994. This global perspective has shaped his ability to build trusted, enduring relationships with clients across cultures and markets.

Amir holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and an MBA in International Business from Nova Southeastern University. He also holds the Series 65 qualification and is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Hebrew.

Amir is actively involved in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and its Israeli Division and is a member of the Israeli Engagement & Education Committee. He is also a member of Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus and the Miami Israeli Parliament (MIP).

With 20 years of experience in Private Banking and Wealth Management, Oren worked in renowned financial institutions such as Bank Leumi USA and Itaú Private Bank as Investment Advisor. He dealt directly with ultra-high net worth families from various countries in the areas of wealth management, succession and estate planning.
In 2013, Oren became President and Co-Founder of Pinetree Advisors, an RIA firm based in Florida, which provides a holistic approach to financial planning, helping families and business owners with various aspects of their financial picture.
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Oren lived in several countries throughout South America and the Middle-East, including Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, and Israel. His multi-cultural experience and adaptability applies directly to his strong work ethic and collaborative approach with clients. Oren is fluent in English, Portuguese, Hebrew, and Spanish. He holds the Series-65 license as an Investment Advisor, as well as the Health & Life Agent License (2-15). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Florida International University.
Today, he lives in Aventura, Florida with his wife and two daughters.
